Day 2 — Remove One Weight
Knowing the problem isn’t enough. Today you do something about it. One specific action to lighten the load, however small. Small matters.

Day 3 — Map Your Possible
Somewhere along the way the things you actually wanted to do got pushed aside. Today you bring them back. — This is about remembering what excites you.

Day 4 — Take the First Step
This is where it gets real. You pick one thing and you do something about it today. Not tomorrow. Not when the time is right. Today.

Day 5 — Lock In the Habit

Hi, I’m Stuart.

I left England at 27 with no roadmap, built businesses that travel with me, and haven’t dreaded a Monday for decades. I live where I want, work on things that interest me, and spend my time how I choose — not how a timetable dictates.

But none of that came from a breakthrough moment or a perfect plan. It came from small decisions, made consistently, over time. The clarity came from doing.
